Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a fast, detail‑oriented Senior Graphic Designer to create and adapt online‑ready artwork based on provided specifications. The role supports a variety of digital assets such as responsive email layouts, animated GIFs, landing pages, social media posts and ad banners, collaborating closely with Creative, Studio, Production and Account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Innovate and create new layouts following defined look‑and‑feel, style guides and previous examples.
• Edit and refine existing work as needed.
• Design and prepare files for online implementation, ensuring correct size, resolution and format.
• Make corrections throughout the creation and routing process.
• Produce production specifications for handoff to developers.
• Guarantee that all artwork meets accuracy, quality, vendor and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Fast, detail‑oriented with strong visual judgment.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with Creative, Studio Leads, Production Manager, Copywriter and Account teams.
• Experience managing creative projects to meet strict specifications.
• Familiarity with online design standards and vendor requirements.
