Product Designer / UX Designer

About the role

Software Mind is looking for a Product Designer / UX Designer to create end‑to‑end multi‑step workflows, personalized recommendation experiences and monetized components that integrate with AI/LLM interfaces. The role works closely with product, engineering and data teams to turn complex logic into simple, engaging user journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑step workflows such as quizzes, questionnaires, guided finders and eligibility flows that remain intuitive despite complex underlying logic.
• Create personalized recommendation experiences and monetized UI components that can be embedded in AI‑driven chat or content.
• Map user flows, branching logic, edge cases and error states, and produce wireframes, mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data teams to deliver precise specifications and iterate based on conversion, completion and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Strong product‑first mindset with solid UI and visual design capabilities.
• Proven experience designing multi‑step or guided workflows, onboarding flows, configurators, quizzes or decision tools.
• Experience designing personalized or recommendation‑driven experiences, preferably for AI/LLM or conversational interfaces.
• Comfort with modern, accessible design and familiarity with accessibility standards.

Required skills

• Figma for wireframing and high‑fidelity prototyping.
• Design systems to ensure consistency across products.
