Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer

About the role

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Generative AI frameworks. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver production‑ready solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop multi‑step AI workflows that connect to APIs, enterprise data platforms, and business processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and solution effectiveness.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and deploying AI agents on Azure AI Foundry.
• Proven track record building, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript.Net, Java.
• AI‑assisted development platforms: Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Slingshot.
• Generative AI frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith.
• Core AI concepts: Large Language Models, prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, tool calling, memory management, agent architectures.
