Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Python/React)

About the role

Viventium Software Inc. is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to enhance its core hiring product, integrate third‑party technology partners, and deliver high‑quality solutions. The position is remote‑first and works within an Agile team alongside engineers, product managers, designers, and QA specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship features for the hiring platform using Python/Django and React.
• Integrate and maintain services built on AWS serverless technologies (AppSync, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Amplify).
• Develop and consume GraphQL APIs and ensure robust test‑first development (TDD).
• Apply continuous delivery practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
• Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code while preventing future defects.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong background with Django and at least 2‑3 years of React development.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and test‑first development.
• Experience building complex applications on AWS serverless stack.
• Proficiency with GraphQL, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
