Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Leverage AI builds an AI-powered purchase order visibility and supply chain automation platform for manufacturers and distributors, connecting directly to ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build and scale the core platform that automates and optimizes purchase order workflows, combining deep technical expertise with leadership in system design, architecture and development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design distributed systems to ensure scalability, performance and high availability.
• Write, test and maintain robust code in Node.js, TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL.
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, API Gateway, MSK/Kafka).
• Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap.
• Share technical experience with the team and learn new approaches to technical problems.
• Lead investigations into performance issues, bottlenecks and scalability challenges in a data-intensive environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in high-growth startup environments (Seed to Series C+).
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while contributing to both strategy and execution.
• Experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers and making impactful architectural decisions.
• Exceptional debugging and performance optimization skills, with a focus on fault-tolerant systems.
• Excitement about tackling legacy challenges and modernizing systems at scale.
