Senior Financial Analyst – Treasury & FP&A

About the role

ZimVie is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its global treasury operations and FP&A activities. The role blends cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationship oversight with financial planning, analysis, and business case development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across global bank accounts.
• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasts with driver‑based assumptions.
• Execute and monitor cash transactions, including wires, ACH, intercompany funding, and investments.
• Maintain banking relationships, optimize account structures and fees.
• Support debt compliance, covenant reporting, and capital‑structure initiatives.
• Own FP&A deliverables such as forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis focused on cash flow and working capital.
• Analyze financial results, translate P&L performance into cash‑flow impacts, and evaluate ROI, investment models, and scenario planning.
• Monitor FX and interest‑rate exposure and assist with hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements.
• Prepare liquidity, cash‑flow, and performance reports for senior leadership and build reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).

Required profile

• Strong financial acumen with experience in treasury and FP&A functions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex financial concepts.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on risk mitigation and process improvement.
