Senior Facilities Technician – Night Shift (Shift C)

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to join its Facilities team on the night shift (Shift C). You will ensure that offices, plants, and other facilities remain safe, clean, and operational, supporting a productive environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs and preventative maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine, periodic, and special inspections of interior and exterior spaces, including landscape, to identify maintenance needs.
• Execute work orders for employee moves, office set‑ups, furniture installations, and event support, often on‑call or during weekends.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder supplies, and maintain daily logs of facility systems.
• Obtain quotes, create purchase requests, and manage predictive maintenance inspections to prevent premature system failures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma plus a technical degree or diploma in industrial maintenance, electromechanical, electrical, electronics, or air‑conditioning.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance or cold‑plant management.
• Knowledge of ultrapure (RODI) systems, pumping, air‑conditioning, fire detection, and suppression systems.
• Availability to work Shift C (Monday‑Saturday, 10 pm – 6 am).
• Fluent English reading, speaking, and writing.
