Senior Engagement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex, technically driven MarTech engagements for our Marketing Services team. The role partners with Solutions Architects, engineers, strategists, and client stakeholders to deliver large‑scale platform migrations and data‑centric initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, aligning deliverables with business goals and KPIs.
• Translate client objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including strategists, designers, developers, QA, and external partners—to execute integrated MarTech programs.
• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, managing scope, timelines, priorities, and dependencies such as email builds, QA, approvals, and deployments.
• Direct end‑to‑end migrations of platforms (e.g., SFMC to Braze or Iterable), covering discovery, data mapping, template migration, journey rebuilds, QA, and go‑live coordination.
• Manage technically complex projects including CDP integrations, data audits, mobile SDK setups, and data architecture initiatives in close collaboration with technical teams.

Required profile

• Seasoned delivery leader with deep experience in large‑scale MarTech implementations.
• Proven ability to guide enterprise clients through high‑complexity migrations and technical transformations.
• Strong understanding of both technical and business aspects to anticipate risks and drive resolutions.
