About the role
As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them travel smart and efficiently. You will leverage your extensive travel‑industry experience to provide expert advice and support for both existing and new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.
- Interpret and apply client travel policies, offering consistent consultation.
- Handle all requests related to travel regulations and compliance.
- Provide up‑to‑date industry information such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of the various travel sectors supported.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as a travel agent.
- Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with the GDS Amadeus system.
