Senior Copywriter – Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Copywriter who will develop impactful, bilingual English‑Spanish communication that engages audiences and supports business goals across multiple channels. The role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and the use of Generative AI to enhance content quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit copy for web, social, business communications, scripts, and long‑form thought‑leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with designers, program managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Apply Generative AI in content workflows, from ideation to final delivery, while ensuring ethical and accurate output.
• Track requirements, timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Present and defend content proposals to internal teams and clients.
• Develop case studies on Generative AI projects showcasing measurable impact.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional copywriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, advertising, journalism or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to work with international teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in various copy formats, digital campaigns, website copy, scriptwriting and thought‑leadership content.
• Advanced knowledge of storytelling, narrative frameworks and brand positioning.
• Experience creating sales‑oriented and compliance‑driven content aligned with business objectives.
