Senior Communications Business Partner - LATAM

About the role

The Senior Communications Business Partner for LATAM will act as an upstream strategic partner to the Pharma Area Head, General Managers and leadership teams. You will shape public‑health conversations, drive patient access and align communications with commercial and policy objectives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership, co‑designing commercial and health‑system‑shaping strategies.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder engagement and policy activation to advance public‑health dialogues.
• Transform ecosystem data into actionable, outcome‑based communication plans linked to commercial goals.
• Champion OneRoche initiatives when they create clear strategic value.
• Build a networked communications model, coaching regional teams and fostering synergy.
• Adopt omnichannel approaches, manage digital channel governance and leverage AI efficiency tools for tactical output.

• Senior professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical communications.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex trade‑offs.
