About the role
As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will join BCG’s Global IT team to design, build and support a next‑generation GenAI case‑team assistant. You will work closely with product owners, solution architects and scrum masters in a fast‑paced, agile environment, delivering high‑quality cloud‑native services for global users.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to squad planning and delivery.
- Design and implement secure, multi‑tenant cloud architectures using AWS, EKS and Terraform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure‑as‑code modules.
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or ELK.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, provide timely analysis and resolve issues.
- Advise on DevSecOps best practices and continuously reduce technical debt.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience building business applications or consulting in a commercial IT setting.
- Strong background in Python, including asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience with multi‑tenant SaaS platforms and event‑streaming architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global, remote teams.
