Senior Client Tech Support Associate

About the role

The Senior Client Tech Support Associate provides advanced technical support for enterprise platforms, handling production incidents, validating system configurations, and ensuring platform stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers. The role includes 24x7 rotating on‑call support for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
• Manage operational processes such as security certificate management, environment validation, and performance reporting.
• Produce operational and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Provide detailed documentation and follow‑up for all incidents.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in application, systems, or production support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English (B2 level).
• Ability to handle multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
