Senior Business Systems Analyst - PeopleSoft Financial

About the role

JLL is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its PeopleSoft 9.2 Financial Management platform within the IT organization. The role ensures business continuity through proactive monitoring, fast issue resolution and support of critical financial processes, acting as the main technical link between IT and finance teams during month-end closes and enhancement projects. The position is listed as remote.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex production issues in PeopleSoft Financial modules, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Monitor system performance, data integrity and user experience, and run batch and platform monitoring with escalation of critical issues
• Review, test and implement configuration changes, and document functional specifications and process guides
• Work with finance and accounting teams on gap analysis, impact assessment and enhancement support, including UAT, regression testing and data validation
• Support implementation of new modules and features, and analyse interfaces with external systems
• Provide end-user support, create training materials, mentor junior team members and act as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Financial modules
• Analyse performance metrics, use SQL and PSQuery to troubleshoot data issues, and interface with Oracle support and third-party vendors

Required profile

• 3-5 years supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 in an enterprise IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules and production support methodologies
• Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements
• Excellent communication and incident management skills, able to work under pressure during critical business periods

Required skills

• SQL and PSQuery for troubleshooting and data analysis
• Preferred: PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management, experience with process automation tools and GenAI applications, background in predictive analytics, and mentoring experience
