About the role

Publicis Global Delivery, the talent arm of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience building and delivering production-grade web applications. The ideal candidate has strong Python expertise, experience in cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of modern AI-powered architectures.

Required profile

5 to 7 years of backend engineering experience
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and RAG
Experience with Python-based AI services and data pipelines
English at B2+ - C1 level

Required skills

Strong Python and backend development frameworks
SQL and relational database design
Testing practices (unit, integration and TDD)
Web security, authentication and authorization
Familiarity with web/application servers (Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Node.js)
