About the role
The Senior Associate, Customer Marketing drives customer engagement, retention and loyalty through targeted campaigns and initiatives, working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and follow up on FOCO plans and tactical plans for specific channels and clients.
- Support NDP launch strategy, distribution and communication plans, and participate in the S&OP forecasting process.
- Develop and implement special packs, club packs and POS campaigns to achieve a 360° consumer impact.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Business Administration or Marketing studies background.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Nielsen.
- Experience using Diechter&Neira.
- Familiarity with Discover platform.
