About the role
The Senior Analyst will support procurement services across multiple categories, driving data‑based insights and assisting sourcing managers throughout the procure‑to‑pay cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Perform invoice reconciliation and support RFQ processes.
- Analyse spend data, prepare category strategy summaries and assist in project scoping.
- Conduct stakeholder surveys, compile results for Supplier Business Reviews, and work closely with vendors to resolve inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4‑5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations or supply chain.
- Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork and project‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables and key functions).
- Analytical mindset with ability to work independently.
