Senior Analyst – Channel Operations Model N (11‑month contract)

About the role

The Channel Operations Senior Analyst supports Baxter’s commercial operations by acting as the primary liaison between the company and its wholesalers/distributors. The role focuses on ensuring accurate pricing, chargebacks, and settlements while leading the migration to Model N.

Key responsibilities

• Validate DAC/WAC and contract pricing for distributors and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable, credit/rebills, write‑offs and produce discrepancy reports.
• Lead Model N migration activities including UAT, data validation, defect tracking, hyper‑care and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Partner with IT, Sales, Pricing, Trade, Contracts and Channel Operations leadership to resolve migration risks and process gaps.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials and process documentation related to Model N.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/finance operations, pricing, chargebacks or accounts receivable.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (B2 English level required).
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Model N.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with AS400, JDE, Oracle or other ERP/legacy systems.
