Senior Accounting Manager – Client Advisory Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join Multiply Advisors’ Client Advisory Services team. In this remote, full‑time position you will partner with small‑business owners, turning their financial data into clear insights that drive confidence and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial statement review meetings and guide owners through forecasts, KPIs and performance analysis.
• Own the end‑to‑end client advisory relationship, from onboarding to ongoing strategic support.
• Translate complex accounting information into actionable advice, acting as a trusted coach for business owners.
• Allocate 30‑50% of time to internal accounting projects, including balance‑sheet clean‑ups and team support.
• Report directly to the CEO with full autonomy and no intermediate manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• In‑depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in forecasting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

What we offer

• Base salary USD 3,500 – 4,250 per month.
• Commission potential of approximately USD 1,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses up to 10 % of base salary.
• Remote work with flexible timezone range (GMT‑12 to GMT‑04).
