Senior Accountant

About the role

Penumbra, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its manufacturing finance operations. Working with limited supervision, the accountant will ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close activities and support local accounts payable processes.
• Manage fixed assets and maintain related records.
• Analyze production costs and inventory transactions to provide insight for manufacturing finance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical device, life‑sciences, or multinational shared‑services settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of cost accounting concepts is advantageous.
