Senior Accountant – Fintech & Cryptocurrency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency business. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis for a high‑volume, multi‑channel operation that includes digital currency ATMs, OTC trading, online purchases, and digital wallets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile cash and transaction activity across a nationwide network of digital currency kiosks.
• Support accounting for digital asset transactions, tracking volume, gains, and losses across multiple revenue streams.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and vendor relationships.
• Integrate and optimize accounting tools and systems to scale with the business.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting for a licensed money services business.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies (CPA preferred).
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle accounting in high‑transaction, multi‑location environments.
• Strong general‑ledger, reconciliation, and month‑end close skills.
• Experience making sound financial judgments in fast‑growth settings.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or regulated financial services is a plus.
