Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Cash Management

About the role

JLL is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to uphold financial integrity and support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and Finance Director, handling complex transactions, cash management, and billing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and distribute accurate weekly financial reports for leadership.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of statements, reports and transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor overdue invoices and work orders, collaborating with managers to clear pending items.
• Assist the Accounting Manager with funding reports, JLL invoice generation, submission processes and status tracking.
• Oversee online banking activities, record cash receipts and disbursements, and support various payment methods.
• Maintain and update core accounting databases and financial dashboards to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as a primary contact for vendor and internal operations inquiries.
• Manage administrative tasks such as generating invoice copies, organizing shared folders, and executing strategic accounting projects.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and special team projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex financial modeling.
