Senior Accountant – Finance (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Senior Accountant – Finance works with limited supervision to drive accurate financial reporting and cost control within a manufacturing environment. You will partner with finance and operations teams to streamline month‑end close, accounts payable, and fixed‑asset processes while leveraging technology for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute general and cost accounting processes to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Support month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage local accounts payable operations and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Analyze production costs and inventory transactions to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain effective manufacturing cost control and contribute to process automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in medical device, life‑sciences, multinational, or shared‑services environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
