Security Project Manager

About the role

The Security Project Manager will lead and coordinate cyber and information security initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of IAM lifecycle processes and related technology projects. This role combines strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of security domains.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor security‑focused projects using established project management methodologies.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access reviews.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide visibility into project status and security metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile practices and tools such as Jira.
• Utilize project management software (MS Project, Visio, Excel) to track timelines, resources, and risks.

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall project management experience.
• 4+ years managing cyber or information security projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master preferred.

Required skills

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint.
• Entry‑level SQL for data queries.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and reporting/dashboard development.
