SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Senior Consultant to lead complex manufacturing transformation projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing PP solutions for both discrete and repetitive manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across manufacturing sites.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit‑to‑standard workshops, solution design, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Optimize production planning, BOM, routing, material master and batch management processes.
• Integrate SAP PP with MES, IBP, PLM, QM, MM, BTP and external analytics platforms.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, automation and analytics to improve PP processes.

Required profile

• 9–15 years of SAP S/4HANA PP functional experience, including end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of discrete and repetitive manufacturing, production orders, BOMs, routings and batch management.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
