SAP S/4HANA FICO & Tax Consultant – Global Network

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Senior Consultant to lead complex finance transformation initiatives within our global consulting network. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP finance solutions while ensuring compliance with Costa Rica fiscal and statutory requirements, including Free Trade Zone operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions covering Financial Accounting, Controlling, Cost Accounting, inventory valuation and inter‑company processes.
• Support Costa Rica statutory, tax and Free Trade Zone requirements, including PROCOMER reporting and compliance.
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit‑to‑standard workshops, solution design, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Review and optimise product costing, standard costing, year‑end cost rolls, scrap factors and related inventory accounting.
• Design and validate inter‑company transactions and Stock Transport Order (STO) pricing and ownership processes.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Technology stakeholders to translate business and regulatory needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO modules.
• In‑depth knowledge of Costa Rica fiscal, tax and Free Trade Zone regulations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex implementation projects.
