SAP Finance Senior Manager – Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Finance consulting engagements. You will work with clients across industries to translate business needs into SAP‑driven solutions, guiding projects from strategy through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
• Lead blueprinting, testing, workflow design, documentation and functional design of SAP Finance solutions.
• Oversee complex projects, ensuring quality, risk management, budget control and timely delivery.
• Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue generation.
• Provide thought leadership and best‑practice guidance on SAP Finance, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Architecture and SuccessFactors.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in large‑scale SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of operational and organizational dynamics.
• Ability to maintain quality standards, manage risk and drive project economics.
• Business acumen combined with deep technical insight.
