SAP FICO & PS Functional Manager – Strategy & Consulting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO & PS Functional Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance transformation projects for high‑tech clients. You will combine deep functional expertise with client‑facing solutioning and leadership to drive SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP‑driven business design, value assessment, business case creation and process re‑engineering for finance and project accounting.
• Provide expert guidance across the SAP FICO & PS landscape, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation and delivery.
• Identify and prototype AI‑enabled use cases (Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation) within finance processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Controlling and Project Accounting.
• Support business development by shaping proposals, defining delivery approaches and creating proof‑of‑concepts for SAP transformations.

Required profile

• 9+ years of SAP experience with at least 2–3 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and client‑engagement skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Deep functional expertise in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing).
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS (project structuring, budgeting, WBS, networks, settlements).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation concepts applied to finance transformation.
