Sales Team Leader - Bilingual (B2B)

About the role

A motivated Team Leader is sought to lead a B2B sales team in a competitive environment. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, strengthening client relationships and developing the team so it meets and exceeds performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet business targets and weekly, monthly and quarterly performance goals, keeping customers satisfied
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Remove roadblocks for the team and help resolve challenges to support sales opportunities
• Monitor call time and productivity, run weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions
• Analyse data, performance and customer experience trends to build strategic sales plays and best practices per territory
• Keep the team informed on client service and market trends, and act as escalation point for clients
• Balance communication with the Sales Director and external clients, and work with client contacts on reporting and forecasting
• Help the team understand operating plans, sales targets and client performance targets (CPTs)
• Build a coaching platform with internal and external partners, coordinate incentives and sales performance funds, and partner with partners to meet customer expectations
• Improve sales processes and guide the team through buying and renewal processes

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience leading a B2B sales team
• Fluent English (B2 minimum); bilingualism is required
• Experience in operations and strategy building, and a record of developing and retaining employees
• Experience maximising revenue through best practices and solving problems as a manager
• Passion for customer experience and driving team results; change management skills preferred
• Preferred: experience in sales development motions and with SaaS/Cloud products
