Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will manage assigned sales territories and lead the day‑to‑day activities of the sales team to meet and exceed established goals. This role involves both strategic planning and hands‑on sales activities, including inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Creates and implements customer‑specific business plans to uncover new opportunities, increase sales and profits, and secure territory growth.
• Communicates daily sales tracking, customer and product information to the team.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly performance forecasts by customer.
• Assigns duties to team members to ensure coverage and task completion.
• Evaluates customer slippage reports to prioritize focus.
• Monitors account credit status and coordinates with the Credit department as needed.
• Maintains up‑to‑date account profiles to anticipate business needs.
• Participates in vendor‑ and corporate‑sponsored training to enhance product and industry knowledge.
• Provides coaching, performance management, and development for sales team members.
• Manages reward and recognition programs and other additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Capacity to work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle high workloads.
• Negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to drive tasks to completion.

• Fluent English (100% proficiency).
