Sales Executive, Software

About the role

The Sales Executive, Software will focus on expanding the DEXIS software portfolio by converting existing customers to the new DTX Studio module. Working primarily over the phone, you will partner with internal teams to drive revenue and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and enroll existing DEXIS software customers into DTX Studio across the assigned territory.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and SAP to uncover sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and other cross‑functional groups to develop target lists, scripts, and standard processes.
• Follow up on cold and warm leads, securing subscription sales for DTX Studio.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure subscription continuity.
• Achieve sales targets and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Travel up to 5% of the time as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of inside/phone sales experience in software.
• At least 3 years of self‑generated lead experience.
• Experience selling dental software solutions, particularly DEXIS.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong oral and written communication, consultative selling, and collaborative skills.
• Proven track record of top‑tier sales performance and a competitive, quota‑driven mindset.
