Sales Development Representative

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing, a global leader in outsourcing solutions covering customer care, sales and financial services, is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The SDR generates qualified meetings and opportunities that feed the sales pipeline by researching target accounts, engaging buyers through calls, email and social outreach, and handing sales-ready prospects to Account Executives and Sales Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new pipeline by prospecting target accounts through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated interest, and book introductory meetings for Sales.
• Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach, and build and maintain a prospect database with accurate CRM records.
• Follow documented outreach cadences and help test new messaging, sequences and targeting.
• Communicate the company's value across customer care, sales and financial services, including its global footprint with near-shore, offshore and domestic opportunities.
• Build an understanding of current and emerging technology for a call center BPO, including AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on target segments, campaigns and handoffs, and share market feedback on objections, competitors and messaging.
• Represent the company at domestic and international tradeshows and events as needed, and meet or exceed monthly activity, meeting and qualified opportunity targets.
