Inside Account Manager II

About the role

The Inside Account Manager II at TD Synnex / Shyft Global Services manages and grows relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, drives sales of technology products and services and provides excellent customer support in an inside sales environment. The role focuses on reaching sales targets and contributing to the success of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts by phone and email.
• Proactively reach out to dormant reseller partners to re-engage them and rebuild relationships.
• Deliver value-driven solutions and insights to strengthen partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through lead generation.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
• Articulate the value proposition of TD Synnex's products and services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with vendors, product specialists and internal teams to develop and present solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals and sales presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity, and take part in training and professional development.
