SaaS Customer Success Consultant

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a SaaS Customer Success Consultant to own the operational relationship with premium customers of its fraud and identity solutions. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle, helping customers maximize product value and achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of premium customers.
• Lead onboarding, training, operational reviews, fraud analysis, and adoption initiatives.
• Provide expertise on TransUnion’s fraud and identity platforms to design effective solutions.
• Develop and execute success strategies that drive product utilization and long‑term value.
• Monitor customer sentiment, adoption trends, and maintain executive‑level relationships.
• Manage all phases of customer projects, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
• Analyze challenges, identify root causes, and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross‑functional teams to relay feedback and influence product innovation.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Deliver operational support and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in consulting, customer success, project or implementation management, fraud management, or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consultative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while balancing strategic thinking with execution.
