S4 Integration Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Lead to drive a critical cutover and deployment for a Depuy Synthes rollout in Costa Rica. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 2‑3 days per week at our partner’s facilities in Grecia, Alajuela.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA cutover planning and execution, including runbooks, sequencing and go‑live readiness.
• Coordinate integration delivery across SAP and non‑SAP systems, ensuring interface readiness and rapid issue resolution.
• Oversee SIT and UAT testing cycles, managing planning, execution tracking and defect resolution.
• Maintain project controls such as RAID logs, reporting, milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with multiple workstreams, vendors and business stakeholders to align on readiness.
• Support go‑live execution and post‑go‑live stabilization (hyper‑care).

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of SAP project delivery or program experience.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in cutover planning and execution.
• Experience managing SAP system integrations and supporting SIT/UAT testing.
• Solid project management skills, including RAID management and reporting.
