Resource Analyst – Professional Services

About the role

The Resource Analyst will support the Volume Services Support (VSS) practice by ensuring efficient staffing of Broadcom and partner resources on VCF customer engagements. This position focuses on capacity planning, partner selection, and KPI reporting to optimize professional services delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate project staffing requirements, including start/end dates, capacity, budget, and subcontractor provisions.
• Recommend partner selection based on prioritization rules and allocate resources accordingly.
• Maintain an active capacity roster and perform ongoing capacity planning for full‑time employees and contractors.
• Forecast partner demand using the Clarity backlog and track resource management office (RMO) KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in a professional services organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
