Reservations Assistant

About the role

Intrepid is looking for a Reservations Assistant to support the Reservations Team in delivering seamless travel experiences. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will work on a hybrid schedule, helping coordinate accommodation, transportation, and activities for regional trips and the Central American DMC & Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm bookings with suppliers for both series and FIT trips, ensuring costs match budget expectations.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the company database.
• Assist the Supervisor and Manager in improving reservation processes and optimizing system usage.
• Support logistics for accommodation, transport, and activity arrangements across Central America and Mexico.

Required profile

• Passion for Intrepid‑style travel and familiarity with its various brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
• Team player who contributes to a positive, fun work environment.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
