Commercial Product Supply Specialist (Senior Associate)

About the role

The Commercial Product Supply Specialist, Senior Associate, executes sourcing and supply activities for non‑Pfizer commercial products and comparators that support analytical development and clinical studies. Working under Supply Chain Leads, the role coordinates demand from initiation through completion, maintains accurate planning data, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost‑effective product supply.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities for assigned products, progressing demand from request initiation through sourcing, delivery, release, completion, or disposition.
• Maintain accurate demand records, milestones, and forecasts in Clementine to support operational planning.
• Gather product requirements, research availability, pricing, lead times, and documentation needs, and communicate sourcing information to study teams.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, process CP102 justifications, and coordinate routine activities with global suppliers.
• Track spend, update financial forecasts, and provide risk updates to ensure portfolio visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or clinical supply.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment while maintaining quality and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience using demand‑planning and procurement systems such as Clementine, SAP/Ariba, and GDMS.
