Reporting Analyst II

About the role

Reporting Analyst II will partner with business units to understand data needs, build and maintain reliable reports, and provide actionable insights that support decision‑making and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reporting solutions that deliver accurate information for business processes and projects.
• Create and manage databases to collect, connect and validate data at the required level of detail.
• Analyze data sources, ensure data quality and integrity, and document report logic and methodology.
• Own assigned reports, update documentation, identify trends, and deliver value‑added analysis.
• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and guidance to report consumers.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
• Participate in improvement projects and contribute business knowledge to the team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple reporting priorities.
