Remote Web Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking remote web developers to join a paid AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
