Remote Training Specialist – AI‑Focused Learning Coach

About the role

Viva is looking for a Remote Training Specialist who will design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design with AI‑driven coaching to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching for Executive Assistants.
• Create and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and build automations that scale learning processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Ability to analyze data to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
