Remote Training Specialist – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design expertise with AI tools to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one guidance.
• Design, update, and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure talent readiness, smooth staffing, and high performance.
• Leverage AI and automation daily, teaching practical AI adoption and building workflow automations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership attitude.
