Remote Training Specialist – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a remote Training Specialist who will design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. The role blends live coaching, instructional design, and AI‑driven automation to prepare talent for placement with U.S. and Canadian startups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and one‑on‑one coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Develop and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, high performance and effective cross‑functional communication.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into training workflows, coach participants on AI adoption, and create automations that scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier.
• Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) platforms.
