Remote Training Specialist – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design expertise with AI tools to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one mentoring.
• Design, update, and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily, teach practical AI adoption, and build automations that scale learning and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching or a related field.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership attitude.
