Remote Sales Representative – Home Health Care

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand a home health‑care business remotely. The role focuses on converting inbound leads, building referral partnerships, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and text, and guide prospects through inquiry, consultation, assessment, and admission.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with active, inactive, and older leads, scheduling appointments and tracking activities in the CRM.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, social workers, senior‑living communities, and other referral sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, in‑person visits, presentations, and networking events to generate new referrals.
• Build and manage a structured sales funnel, monitor lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Educate prospective clients and referral partners about home health‑care services, coordinate with clinical and operations teams for smooth transitions, and support client retention post‑admission.

• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and conducting in‑person meetings.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple prospects and relationships simultaneously.
