Remote Recruiter for US Blue-Collar & Home Services

About the role

Qualified Hires is looking for a remote Recruiter to source, screen, and close candidates for US‑based blue‑collar and home‑service businesses. You will work from Latin America, primarily during US business hours, and enjoy full autonomy in a long‑term, full‑time remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct screening calls with candidates, assessing fit within 10‑15 minutes.
• Source talent from Indeed, Facebook groups, Craigslist, and internal pipelines.
• Post job listings from your personal Facebook account into local US groups.
• Build concise short‑lists and brief clients on candidate suitability.
• Maintain clean candidate data and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency, RPO, in‑house, or staffing).
• Fluent, professional English on the phone and comfortable with long call sessions.
• Self‑managed, organized, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a good headset.
• Located in Latin America (Costa Rica preferred).
• Tech‑comfortable with Slack, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and custom recruiting tools.
• Bonus: experience recruiting blue‑collar, skilled‑trade, or hourly US workers.

What we offer

• $7–$10 USD per hour base pay, depending on experience.
• Per‑placement bonus for each candidate hired and retained past 90 days.
• Long‑term, full‑time remote contract with US business hours (any time zone, Central or Mountain preferred).
