Remote Recruiter - Cleaning Professionals

About the role

Neat N' Tidy is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving customers across several US cities, with Salt Lake City launching soon. It is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to attract, hire and onboard cleaning professionals. The role is fully remote, paid $4 per hour as a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through Facebook, Nextdoor and local community networks, and developing market-specific recruitment strategies
• Screening resumes and conducting phone or virtual interviews to assess reliability, skills and availability
• Writing job postings and maintaining organized candidate pipelines with timely follow-up
• Partnering with management on staffing needs and providing regular hiring updates
• Overseeing onboarding, including orientation sessions on expectations, processes and tools
• Tracking recruitment metrics such as applications, interviews, hires and time-to-hire, and reporting to management
• Preparing recruitment plans for future market expansion and building a scalable hiring process
• Customer follow-up after services to relay feedback to management

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR or talent acquisition (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive, resourceful and committed to improving processes

Required skills

• Comfort using social media, job boards and online platforms for sourcing
• Virtual interviewing and candidate screening
