About the role

We are seeking a Junior Data Entry Operator to join our remote team at BairesDev. In this position you will handle large volumes of information, ensuring high accuracy and supporting various business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process high‑volume data entries quickly while maintaining precision.
• Validate and perform quality checks to guarantee data integrity.
• Transfer information between multiple systems and databases efficiently.
• Generate reports and extract data as requested by team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve inconsistencies and improve processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
• High accuracy rate with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with data management systems.
