Remote Hospitality Bookkeeper

About the role

Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support its hospitality clients. You will work remotely, handling hotel‑specific accounting tasks and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting for high‑growth companies.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily hotel transactions, including revenues, expenses, and cash handling.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations for multiple hotel properties.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports for leadership and clients.
• Support leadership with financial analysis and operational insights.
• Maintain compliance with hotel accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and daily financial operations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
