Remote GenAI Engineer – Review & Improve AI Code

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. As a GenAI Engineer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges to help improve model performance. The role is project‑based, asynchronous and flexible up to 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
